RECREATION
Snoqualmie Pass has more alpine recreation than you can shake a hiking stick at!
Hyak Market is nestled in the trees next to Summit at Snoqualmie and surrounded by Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Endless choices for recreation are within walking distance! Lose yourself and your car. . .
Winter skiing of every kind - downhill lift, cross country, randonee, back country, snowboarding - you name it. Snow shoeing, sledding, snow men, snow angels... The Summit at Snoqualmie boasts four base areas for the price of one ticket. Summit East, our neighbor, has 1,100 vertical feet and the most diverse trails plus snowshoeing, and 50k of cross-country skiing. The Milwaukee ski bowl, lodge and train from the 1930's is part of our hidden history that we hope to share with you. Also adding to the rich culture of the area are the Snoqualmie Tribe, "people of the moon".
