that create authentic destinations and unique user experiences
that are vibrant and vital communities!

HyAk MARKET will be a much needed community and market space at Snoqualmie Pass, located in Washington State's Cascade Mountains just off I-90 exit 54 Hyak / Gold Creek.  Our sustainable development will focus on small locally owned businesses that are passionate about quality and our environment to create a four season getaway through the following:

  • Farmers Market- local and organic
  • Green Hotel - small and rustic with only 8 upscale rooms
  • Dining - local farm to table food and beverages
  • Wellness - spa and health maintenance programs
  • Guides - recreation + cultural + environmental excursions
  • Plaza - central outdoor gathering spot
  • Pea Patch - a sunny spot and rainwater harvesting will provide locals an opportunity to grow some food
  • Trails - interpretive walks through our native wetlands

    New eco-getaway
Design completed, native plants salvaged, site work started, and construction of green storage shed is almost complete!
Construction of the first two buildings is in the financing stages and we are looking for farmer's market vendors for summer of 2010.

Sustainable development of commercial facilities at Snoqualmie Pass has always been the goal of StarGazer Properties, a small local design/build company.  www.stargazerprop.com
